Much like the the Acer Aspire 5349 comes with a two operating system option. The laptop came to market just before the Windows XP system came to an end. There is a Windows 7 and also a Windows 8 system for these. The drivers for the Acer Aspire 5349 has been listed below.

If you're running Windows 8 or 10, you will have to trigger a refresh to solve the problem. I believe the answer key was F11. Top of F11 once per second the moment you turn your computer on, if that doesn't work after 15 seconds so, pull down your power button for six seconds until the computer turns off, and try again. If you fail this three times it will trigger a Windows 8 or Windows 10 automatic repair.

So my hackintosh is an old but not dead Acer Aspire 5349 ZRL. I ditched the B800 celeron in favor of a core i5 2410m I upgraded the RAM to 8gb I upgraded the Hard Drive to a Seagate Momentus XT 500gb (yeah it's a joke but I had it laying around) Then I tried and tried this install First GraphicsEnabler=NO IGPEnabler=NO -v and then all the other iterations with PCIROOT. Still black screen of death. I was puzzled since there is no optimus foolishness and what not on this model.

So then I tried something crazy. I hooked up my 55' tv via the onboard HDMI cable and low and behold it all worked. Hmm what about that. Hp printer drivers for mac.

Guess mavericks tries to default to 1920x1080 at which point the onboard 1366x768 display goes black and flips you the finger. After days of hating life; the problem is solved. Pretty good performance too. Snappier than with Opensuse 13.1 even. Just funny how this little bug has cause so many much pain. Just a word of advice; if your machine has a 720P internal monitor and an HDMI port integrated; hook it to your 1080p TV and start enjoying your new hackintosh in a matter of minutes.
